These Terms & Conditions are intended to make the booking process clear and straightforward. By booking a service with Papillon Image™, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Payment
Your appointment is confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment details will be provided when your booking is arranged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Payments are non-refundable, but with at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another available date or to another person.
In the case of illness, please contact me as soon as possible. The 48-hour notice period may be waived, and your booking can be transferred to another available date.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we can make the most of our time together.
If you arrive late, the consultation may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments. The full consultation fee will still apply.
Travel
Papillon Image™ is based in Kempton Park.
Travel within a 20 km radius of Kempton Park is included where the service requires travel to you. For locations beyond this area, an additional travel fee will apply and will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.
Longer-distance travel will be quoted individually.
Online Consultations
For online consultations, you will need a suitable device, reliable internet connection and an appropriate space for the consultation.
Any preparation requirements will be provided before your appointment.
If technical difficulties prevent the consultation from going ahead, we will arrange another suitable time where appropriate.
Personal Recommendations
Papillon Image™ consultations provide personalised guidance based on the information and observations available during your consultation.
Recommendations are intended to help you make more confident and informed choices, while allowing you the freedom to adapt them to your personal preferences, lifestyle and needs.
Pocket Stylist
Where Pocket Stylist is included with a Colour or Style consultation, it is provided as a supporting tool containing personalised guidance based on your consultation results.
Pocket Stylist is a third-party app and is not owned or operated by Papillon Image™. Use of the app may also be subject to the app provider’s own terms, conditions and privacy practices.
Shop Savvy — Purchases & Returns
Any purchases made during a Shop Savvy session are made directly between you and the retailer.
Please check the retailer’s return and exchange policy before purchasing. Papillon Image™ cannot accept responsibility for a retailer’s products, availability, pricing, returns or exchange policies.
Prices & Services
Prices and service details may be updated from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
